Serpae Tetra is one of the most intensely coloured fish in the Amazon. They can be a bit nippy if not given enough food, best not to keep them with long finned fish. Serpae Tetra’s are a very hardy species, suitable for the beginner.Happiest in a school of 6 or more, they enjoy planted aquariums with wood, rocks and ornaments to dart around.
