Seachem Safe – Dechlorinator

Seachem Safe is a highly concentrated, complete dry water conditioner suitable for both freshwater and marine aquariums. It efficiently removes chlorine, chloramine, and ammonia, converting ammonia into a safe form that can be easily processed by the tanks biofilter. Safe also detoxifies nitrite and nitrate, supporting biofilter function and reducing toxicity during tank cycling. Non-acidic and compatible with protein skimmers, Safe is ideal for use at start-up and during water changes.

Directions for Use:

• 50g: Use 200 mg per 200L (50 gallons) for chlorine/chloramine or per 50L (13 gallons) for ammonia.
• All Other Sizes: Use 1.25g (1/4 tsp) per 1250L (300 gallons) for chlorine/chloramine or 1.25g per 300L (75 gallons) for ammonia.
• Safe may be doubled for high chloramine or up to 4 times for emergency detoxification of nitrite/nitrate.
