Rotala macranda Pearl Type 2 is a very attractive species that has been around in the hobby for a long time, but is still fairly uncommon to see.

Colours range from pink, through red to purple and the sides of the leaves roll inward towards the centre of the leaf.

Looks good as a grouping and adds great contrast to any planted tank.
