Juwel Eccoflow 600 – 85764

The Juwel filter system offers one of the largest filter volumes of any aquarium filter in its class. Designed in Switzerland by fish keepers for fish keepers, it offers an easy to use system that is contained within the aquarium. There are no external pipes to restrict flow or leak, and maintenance is taken care of using the clever basket system.

Juwel Pumps are optimised for the size of the aquarium’s filtration system. Often smaller than you might expect, they give the correct amount of flow for the filters to work efficiently. Slower circulation of water through the media provides optimum conditions for cleaning the aquarium water. The filter bacteria require sufficient contact time with the water to be cleaned.

The latest version of the pumps used to power these filters is the Juwel Eccoflow, having been introduced early 2012. These pumps are energy efficient and available in three sizes.

The Juwel Eccoflow 600 has a flow rate of 600lph with an energy consumption of 6.5w and is ideally suited to fit the Juwel Rio 125, 180 and 240, the Juwel Vision 180, Juwel Trigon 190 and Juwel Lido 120.

Please note that the Juwel Eccoflow range of pumps are designed for use in freshwater aquariums. Should you with to use the pump in a marine aquarium, please ensure that you purchase a ceramic impellor shaft and replace the standard impellor shaft that is supplied.
