Tropica Anubias mini Coin 1-2-GROW!

Anubias ‘Mini Coin’ is a type of Anubias barteri that was discovered at the Tropica aquarium nursery in Denmark. This plant is one of the smallest Anubias varieties, with each leaf being smaller than a little fingernail. It is just as easy to cultivate as its parent plant and prefers not to be exposed to bright light.

The best way to cultivate Anubias ‘Mini Coin’ is by attaching it to rocks or tree roots in the aquarium. If planted in the substrate, it is essential not to cover the creeping stem or rhizome, as this can cause the plant to decay and perish. When the plant branches out, it forms a dense cushion of small, circular, deep green leaves. If the plant becomes too dense, it can be divided carefully, and the new plants can be placed elsewhere in the aquarium.

Anubias ‘Mini Coin’ is perfect for use in nano aquariums, but it can also be used to add small details to larger aquariums.

Note – the picture shows a very full cup but the one you receive will be less full. Typically there are 3 small pieces. Don’t forget this is a small plant.
